Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites. You will manage a 2–5 person crew, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s quality standards.

You will supervise maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications, while maintaining client satisfaction through strong team leadership and service delivery.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Supervise a crew of 2–5 at client sites and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Oversee landscape maintenance, installation, irrigation, color management and chemical applications.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and train crew members.
• Log crew time and ensure equipment maintenance.
