Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape operations at client sites and manage a 2–5 person crew.
• Ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView’s quality standards.
• Coordinate service with Operations Manager and communicate client needs.
• Maintain schedules and service expectations for each site.
• Log crew time through electronic time capture (ETC) and track equipment usage.
• Develop and train crew members to improve performance.
