Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is hiring a Crew Leader Driver in Avon, OH to direct 2–5 team members on client sites. You will oversee daily maintenance, landscape installation, and related services to meet BrightView and client standards.

Responsibilities include preparing trucks, delivering services on schedule, supervising crew, ensuring safety, and logging time and equipment usage. Valid driver’s license and BrightView certifications are required; prior landscape leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Ability to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications are required.
• Experience in a landscape-related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and peers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and safely operate vehicles.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Provide feedback and training to crew members.
• Log crew time, equipment usage, and maintenance cycles.
• Ensure work safety and compliance with policies.
