Qualifications

2+ years landscape install experience.
Minimum 1 year supervising a 2+ person crew.
CDL with a good record.
Able to read architectural drawings.
Strong leadership and teamwork.
Reliable transportation.
Familiarity with landscaping equipment.
Experience operating skid steer, excavator, backhoe.

Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections and provide hands-on leadership for soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
Ensure client standards are met while maintaining operational efficiencies.
Drive and maintain vehicles, train crew members with emphasis on safety, manage schedules, and review charts and reports.
