Job summary

Landscape Consultants is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader to own landscape installation projects from start to finish. You will lead a crew, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality work on schedule for residential and commercial sites.

Responsibilities include reading plans, managing crew performance, operating landscape equipment, and maintaining a productive job site while communicating with managers and customers. Experience in hardscapes and drainage is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscape installation or landscape construction experience.
• Previous crew leadership or foreman experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.

• Take ownership of project execution, quality, productivity, and crew performance.
• Install landscape renovations, planting beds, trees, shrubs, mulch, and decorative features.
• Construct walkways, paver patios, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements.
• Perform grading and drainage improvements to ensure proper water management.
• Read plans and communicate project expectations to crew members.
• Operate and oversee the use of landscape equipment and tools.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site.
• Monitor labor hours, materials, and project progress.
• Train and develop crew members while promoting a positive team culture.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and team members.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
