Landscape Workshop is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead our Install Division and oversee landscape construction projects from start to finish. You’ll manage production crews, ensure project quality and safety, and maintain strong client communication throughout the installation process.

The PM will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality landscape construction services that meet client expectations, stay within budget, and align with our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of landscape construction experience with leadership or supervision.
  • Experience managing service-focused teams and working directly with clients.
  • Strong understanding of landscape construction methods, equipment, and materials.
  • Proficiency in estimating, takeoffs, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support installation crews in the field, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee the execution of commercial landscape installation projects ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Perform takeoffs, develop project estimates, and design small-scale landscape enhancements when needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during installation projects, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper use of trucks, equipment, and machinery related to installation services.
  • Work closely with branch and division leadership to track progress, manage budgets, and uphold production timelines.

Landscape Workshop is looking for a Construction Project Manager (PM) to join our Install Division, leading landscape construction projects from start to finish.   • Comfortable with basic computer tools; experience using Aspire or similar project management platforms is a plus.
  • Degree in horticulture, landscape construction, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience or certifications may substitute for formal education.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to pass a DOT physical.
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to make quick, informed decisions in the field.
