Juniper Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman in Greer, SC to supervise and work with a construction crew, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate equipment/materials, and train crew members in installation techniques and safety. The ideal candidate has landscape construction experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to read plans.

Qualifications

• Experience with landscape construction projects.
• Knowledge of landscape plants, grading, sod installation, drainage, and irrigation.
• Supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to work long hours outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations for landscape construction crew.
• Coordinating the equipment and materials needed for each project.
• Supervising and training crew members on installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects.
• Maintaining project schedules and completing landscape construction projects within deadlines.
• Overseeing quality control on job sites.
• Safely operating equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and excavators for landscape construction projects.
• Loading/unloading cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials.
• Reading landscape plans and providing landscape material layouts.
• Daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members.
• Ensuring equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
