Juniper is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to supervise and work alongside a landscape construction crew, ensuring projects meet safety, efficiency, and quality standards. The role involves daily site operations, equipment coordination, and training crew members on installation techniques.

You will read landscape plans and manage schedules while maintaining high safety, quality, and productivity across multiple sites in the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with landscape construction projects.
• Knowledge of plants, grading, sod, drainage and irrigation.
• Supervisory experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for landscape construction crew.
• Coordinate equipment and materials for each project.
• Train crew on installation techniques, equipment operation and safety.
• Maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
• Oversee quality control on job sites.
• Safely operate loaders, skid steers, and excavators.
• Daily timekeeping of crew hours.
