The ideal candidate holds a BLA/MLA from an accredited university, with proven business development and project management experience, strong leadership, and excellent collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA/MLA) from an accredited university.
• Proven experience in business development with a track record of building client relationships.
• Successful project management experience, with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong design leadership skills with the ability to guide projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of landscape architecture projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Lead business development initiatives, including networking, client engagement, and proposal preparation.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, manage budgets, and oversee project timelines.
• Take a lead role in the design process, providing creative direction and ensuring design excellence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions.
