R. Joe Harris & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to join our Fort Mill, SC team and drive land development and municipal projects from concept to completion.

You will partner with engineers, lead boundary surveys, construction staking, and deliver precise survey data using GPS, robotic total stations, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to project success.

Qualificações

• Licensed land surveyor or eligible for SC licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, or related field.
• 2+ years of land surveying experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GNSS/GPS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead surveying for land development and civil site work.
• Provide survey data for grading plans, utilities, stormwater, and roadway designs.
• Collaborate with civil engineers during planning, design, permitting, and construction.
• Mentor junior staff and serve as a technical resource for project teams.
• Utilize GPS, robotic total stations, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D for deliverables.
