The position requires three years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in a real estate, urban planning, business, public administration, geography, STEM, or related field.

Qualifications

  • Three years of professional real estate, land rights, or related experience required.
  • Ability to research title records, encumbrances, deeds and maps.
  • Experience coordinating complex land rights transactions with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex land rights transactions for county infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare, review and process real estate documents and secure required approvals.
  • Research public records, title reports, deeds, easements, and legal descriptions.
  • Lead assigned land rights projects and guide junior staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support land management systems, configurations, data quality, and reporting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in real estate, urban planning, business administration, public administration, geography, STEM or a related field
