You will prepare design and permitting documents, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success. The role requires oversight of junior staff and coordination with regulatory agencies to address permitting issues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of site and civil engineering plans for projects across industrial, biotech, institutional, healthcare, and residential sectors.
• Prepare and support design and permitting documents that meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure successful delivery.
• Review drawings and specifications to maintain quality and compliance.
• Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to address design and permitting issues.
• Oversee construction administration and guide the work of junior staff.
