Job summary

LJA Land Development in Austin, TX seeks a Project Manager to interpret, organize and coordinate engineering projects with significant impact. You will lead EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to deliver construction plans, reports and exhibits for residential and commercial projects.

The role requires 7+ years in land development, a PE license, and strong communication to manage client relations and collaborate with consultants.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of land development experience and strong interpersonal skills.
• Licensed Professional Engineer preferred; Civil Engineering degree required.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct large engineering projects with complex features.
• Lead a team of EITs, designers, and CAD draftsmen to produce construction outputs.
• Analyze scope, client requirements, and proposals; organize project work and procedures.
• Apply advanced engineering techniques and coordinate with clients and consultants.
