Job summary

Red Cat Holdings is seeking a Lamination Technician to join the Special Projects Team, producing USV fiberglass components via infusion processes and leading a small crew toward top-tier craftsmanship. You will implement prototypes, perform rework, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with engineering and production to drive improvements and on-time delivery.

A 3–5 year lamination background, ability to read technical docs, OSHA familiarity, and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years experience in lamination role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Familiarity with OSHA and manufacturing management practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work safely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Confident computer skills to use Microsoft solutions and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead lamination activities on the Special Projects Team, including prototypes, rework, and retrofit installations.
• Ensure work follows procedures and workmanship standards.
• Foster a 100% safety/quality/delivery culture.
• Perform in-process quality checks and visual inspections of molds, parts in infusion and finished products.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify improvements and solutions.
• Report discrepancies to manager or manufacturing engineers.
• Participate in model design reviews and prototyping of new products and processes.
• Contribute to team meetings to improve processes and efficiency.
