Job summary

Layup Parts is seeking a hands-on Lamination Supervisor to lead a growing composite production team on the shop floor. You will optimize workflows, mentor talent, and ensure parts are produced safely, efficiently, and on schedule with engineering and quality alignment.

The ideal candidate combines deep composite manufacturing knowledge with strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to meet tight production timelines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the manufacturing of composites parts from prepreg materials.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Strong leadership to foster teamwork and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly technicians in the Lamination department.
• Translate production schedule into daily/weekly priorities.
• Identify bottlenecks, material shortages, and tooling constraints.
• Ensure safe, compliant, on-time production.
• Train and develop technicians and implement cross-training.
