Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs high complexity tests as authorized by leadership.
• Follows quality control policies and documents QC activities.
• Ensures staff review of SOPs and completes required trainings.
• Maintains biosafety standards and handles potentially infectious material.
• Leads or participates in proficiency testing and staff re-training.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to QC policies and documents calibrations.
• Reviews proficiency testing and coordinates re-education.
• Maintains competency and adherence to SOPs.
• Performs root cause analysis and reports trends to supervisor.
• Ensures readiness for inspections and supports inspections when required.
