Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology.
• If required by the State in which the laboratory is located, the appropriate State License to perform clinical laboratory testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests across laboratory specialties per prescribed procedures and report results.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment.
• Conduct quality control procedures and investigate deviations.
• Interface with physicians, client QA, and executives.
• Lead validation activities for new tests and processes.
• Train new employees and participate in QMS activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and accurate documentation.
