Qualifications

• One (1) year lead experience in hospitals/schools/large manufacturing and/or commercial/industrial facilities.
• Evidence of working within research laboratory, clean room, high bay, administrative and office spaces.
• Higher education work setting

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including performing complex and precision work related to utility piping systems.
• Locate, repair, and replace malfunctioning parts using hand tools and power tools.
• Inspect mechanical system components and use soldering and brazing tools to join metals and piping.
• Work with drawings and specifications.
• Install and maintain sprinkler systems.
• Install and repair water lines and drain lines.
• Prioritize work based on critical needs assessment.
• Assist other trades as needed.
• This position requires rotating on-call/stand-by schedule and may be called for emergency nights/weekends/holidays.
• Clear communication to perform essential functions.
