Mead & Hunt is seeking an experienced Architect to lead architectural delivery of sophisticated laboratory projects across the United States. The role requires coordination with multiple disciplines and partners, with 25% travel anticipated.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience, a current architectural license, and the ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed. Bloomington, MN is one of the listed office locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 10 years of relevant project experience.
• Current architectural license and ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, technical development, and project delivery from early planning through occupancy.
• Coordinate architecture with laboratory planning, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, process utility, instrumentation, and specialty disciplines.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and field conditions during construction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor architectural staff and support professional development.
