Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads health care team; delegates tasks, ensures accountability
• Develops and contributes to individualized care plans using nursing process
• Ensures plans include multidisciplinary planning and patient education
• Maintains documentation to reflect nursing interventions and patient progress
• Promotes patient safety and effective discharge planning
• Participates in performance improvement activities and unit activities
