Job summary

The City and County of Denver Auditor's Office seeks a Lead Labor Compliance Analyst to lead wage enforcement audits, supervise analysts, and ensure compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act and Denver wage ordinances. This role requires a bachelor's degree in business, public administration, law, accounting or related field, four years of professional experience, and bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four (4) years of professional experience in auditing, investigations, or related fields.
• Equivalent education/experience allowed for each year of post-high school education.

Responsibilities

• Lead wage enforcement audits and analyze contractor payrolls for compliance.
• Develop work plans, assign tasks, and guide analysts to meet department goals.
• Prepare investigation materials and reports for litigation or dispute resolution.
