Seneca Foods in Geneva, NY is seeking a Warehouse and Labeling Supervisor for the 2nd shift. The role oversees labeling functions from start to finish and supervises warehouse operations to meet deadlines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 5+ years in a lead/Supervisor role, and strong communication with the ability to lead a team. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a $70k–$80k annual wage.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of labeling or ability to learn requirements.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn Gem-INCS, OSTAT.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in labeling.
• Responsible for label line efficiencies.
• Order and inventory direct materials scheduling label lines to meet deadlines.
• Oversee the maintenance of the labeling area.
• Manage labeling personnel scheduling.
• Reconcile between GEM & INCS inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Regulations and Quality procedures.
• Work with the Quality department to communicate product issues.
• Prepare EOM reports and Monthly Production Reports.
• Prepare physical inventory.
• Back up for Chep Pallets and label coordination.
• Participate in Safety/Quality/Can damage committees.
• Other duties as required or assigned.
