Qualifications

• Knowledge of labeling requirements or ability to learn them.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of Gem-INCS, OSTAT
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Flexible with good organizational skills.
• Capable of making accurate and calculated decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day labeling operations.
• Ensure label line efficiencies.
• Schedule direct materials and labeling line work to meet deadlines.
• Maintain labeling area and equipment.
• Schedule labeling personnel.
• Reconcile GEM & INCS inventory.
• Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Quality on product issues.
• Prepare EOM and monthly production reports.
• Manage physical inventory and pallet coordination.
• Participate in safety and quality committees.
• Perform other duties as required.
