Job summary

Lakeside Foods Inc. is seeking a supervisor for labeling lines in our Wisconsin facility. You will oversee labeling, storage and shipment teams, ensuring correct label type and quantities for cans.

The role includes training workers and backing up warehouse operations. Qualified candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn in a safety-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Willingness to learn and safety mindset expected.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all employees in labeling lines, storage and shipment department.
• Study production orders to assure type and quantity of labels.
• Observe labeling operations and inspect cans that are labeled.
• Start, adjust and repair labeling machinery or notify maintenance department.
• Train workers in operation of equipment.
• Back-up for all warehouse jobs.
