Job summary

Lakeside Foods Inc. is seeking a supervisor for labeling lines, storage and shipment operations in our Poynette area facility. You will oversee labeling staff, ensure correct label types and quantities are produced, and maintain smooth warehouse workflows.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or related experience, basic computer skills, and a safety-minded attitude. Bilingual abilities are a plus; willingness to learn is essential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required or 1–2 years related experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and safety mindset expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all employees in labeling lines, storage and shipment department.
• Study production orders to assure type and quantity of labels.
• Observe labeling operations and inspect cans that are labeled.
• Start, adjust and repair labeling machinery or notify maintenance department.
• Prepare pack reports.
• Train workers in operation of equipment.
• Back-up for all warehouse jobs.
