Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in test fixture design, hardware validation, or related engineering.
• Experience with vendor management and coordinating with external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end plan and test fixture design for lab hardware.
• Design panels, cabling harnesses, and optimize configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Ensure fixtures fit limited lab space and are maintainable.
• Read schematics and wiring diagrams to guide builds.
