Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, operations, or a closely related field.
• Seven years of managerial experience.
• Expert knowledge of service and operational administration.
• Budget development and management; policy development and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and directs implementation of goals, policies, procedures and work standards; administers budget.
• Oversees services and operations initiatives, programs and systems.
• Provides strategic direction for the services and operations group.
• Plans, organizes and reviews activities of assigned staff.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and policies; mitigates risks.
