Job summary
Pennylane SAS is seeking a Lead KYB to oversee end-to-end KYB/KYC workflows for business customers across the payment and finance domains. You will build and scale the KYB team, translate regulatory requirements into practical SOPs, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Tech to ensure robust risk controls and customer experience.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of KYB/KYC or related operations experience.
- Experience in regulated fintech/banking environments.
- Proven leadership of operational teams in high-volume settings.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end KYB/KYC workflows for business customers.
- Build and manage the KYB analyst team; define structure and escalation paths.
- Translate regulatory policies into SOPs, playbooks and decision trees.
- Contribute to KYB tooling design and back-office workflow improvements.
- Define and monitor QA, controls, and reporting for KYB operations.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Fraud, Product, Tech, and Finance teams.
