Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is cooked and served in a timely manner during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Assist with prep work, including chopping, portioning, marinating, and other tasks as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with management, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Monitor food and ingredient levels; alert supervisors when supplies are low.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support teammates as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient service.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Concessions Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items with consistency, quality, and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. The Line Cook follows recipes, maintains high food safety and sanitation standards, and contributes to a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen operation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar role is preferred but not always required.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
