Pure Taqueria Alpharetta is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the back of the house, hire and train staff, and ensure food preparation and service meet PURE standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a scratch kitchen, strong knife skills, ServSafe certification, fluent English, and proficiency with POS, accounting software and MS Office; must be able to work 50–55 hours weekly and lift up to 50 pounds.

Competenze

• Leadership and team-building experience in a kitchen setting.
• Minimum of 3 years as a leader in a scratch kitchen.
• Experience as a chef, sous chef or kitchen manager, or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in English.
• ServSafe certification is required.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system, accounting software and MS Office.
• Stand for 10-12 hours daily; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work 50–55 hours per week.

Mansioni

• Lead BOH team and coordinate daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure meals are prepared and presented to PURE standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of equipment and systems.
• Achieve objectives in food quality, efficiency, sanitation, and teamwork.
• Plan daily specials and labor schedules; manage costs.
• Communicate with management team and ensure proper receiving and storage.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and PURE policies.
