Tc4 & Co is hiring a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations for Tony C’s Coal Fired Pizza in the Austin area. You will oversee guest service and food quality standards, manage kitchen staff, and work with the management team to deliver a premier dining experience.

Requirements include 2+ years in kitchen/restaurant management, familiarity with Aloha/Toast, and strong math and reporting skills. Availability for openings, holidays, and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-of-house operations to maintain guest service and food quality standards.
• Manage kitchen staff and assist in supervising restaurant leaders.
• Ensure operations align with opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Help minimize costs and improve employee retention while delivering a positive dining experience.
