Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation for high quality/upscale environments.
• Culinary degree or ACF equivalent preferred.
• Serve Safe certification is required.
• Solid sanitation practices understood and applied.
• Able to communicate in English and work with team.

Responsibilities

• Produce all food for banquet events, private parties, and restaurant service.
• Maintain high-quality food and plate presentation for all venues.
• Ensure clean and safe kitchen environment at all times.
• Assist Sous Chef/Executive Chef during absences.
