• Experience maintaining commercial kitchen equipment and systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a range of kitchen appliances.
• Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diverse kitchen equipment including fryers, steamers, ovens, and dish machines.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on grease traps and refrigeration units.
• Calibrate equipment and ensure compliance with safety codes and NFPA guidelines.
• Respond promptly to service calls and document all maintenance activities.
• Support construction-related tasks and coordinate with other departments.
