Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of verifiable kitchen exhaust cleaning experience.
• Deep understanding of NFPA 96 codes and grease containment systems.
• Must be comfortable with heights and lifting 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete full-system cleaning of hoods, ductwork, and rooftop fans.
• Conduct pre- and post-service inspections for fire hazards.
• Capture high-quality photo/video documentation of the service.
• Manage a 2-person crew for efficient operations.
• Oversee vehicle organization and tool maintenance.

Skills

Kitchen exhaust cleaning experience

Understanding of NFPA 96 codes
