The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in this field and understands NFPA 96 regulations. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour based on performance, alongside various benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of verifiable kitchen exhaust cleaning experience.
• Deep understanding of NFPA 96 codes and grease containment systems.
• Must be comfortable with heights and lifting 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Complete full-system cleaning of hoods, ductwork, and rooftop fans.
• Conduct pre- and post-service system inspections.
• Capture high-quality documentation for client transparency.
• Manage a 2-person crew for efficient setups and cleanups.
• Oversee vehicle organization and maintain tools.

Skills

Kitchen exhaust cleaning experience

Technical knowledge of NFPA 96 codes

Physical capability for rooftop access

Ability to train junior associates

Valid Driver’s License
