What You’ll Do
  • Lead the design of kitchens, baths, and luxury remodeling projects from concept to completion.
  • Meet with clients, review scopes, and create proposals, estimates, and timelines.
  • Design with Chief Architect software, producing drawings, cabinetry/millwork details, and finish selections.
  • Partner with the Production Manager to prepare bids, manage orders, and oversee installations.
  • Manage all project documentation in Buildertrend, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct jobsite visits, coordinate with trades, and problem-solve design and construction issues.
  • Stay engaged in industry trends, CEUs, trade shows, and association events.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of high-end residential design experience (kitchen/bath preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of remodeling/construction processes, budgets, and project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, or related field (equivalent experience considered). AKBD/CKBD a plus.
  • Proficiency in Chief Architect, Buildertrend, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive, team-oriented mindset with integrity.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
