Qualifications

• Must be able to work a schedule based on store needs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Commit to the “Golden Rule” and work with others to build a strong kitchen team.
• Maintain high associate morale through a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented approach.
• Provide continuous attention to customers’ needs at the service counter and assist with questions about food products.
• Greet, assist, and thank customers promptly and courteously; prepare special orders as requested.
• Answer product questions and help customers find or select products.
• Work with the kitchen manager on daily meal/menu planning.
• Ensure outstanding product quality and presentation with the kitchen manager.
• Process merchandise per production guidelines and follow sanitation standards.
• Rotate kitchen ingredients and merchandise (FIFO) to minimize waste.
• Participate in shrink control and manage leftovers and waste.
• Follow sanitation procedures and the “Cleaner’s Creed.”
• Maintain safety, proper food handling, sanitation, and productivity standards.
• Operate and clean equipment safely; lift/move product as needed.
