Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful experience in kitchen operation (line cooking, merchandising, ordering, inventory, pricing).
• 3-5 years of professional cooking experience in the food industry.
• Complete training in kitchen operation.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English with ability to follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Commit to the “Golden Rule” and work with associates to build a strong kitchen team.
• Maintain high associate morale through respectful, supportive teamwork.
• Assist customers at the service counter and answer product questions.
• Greet and assist customers and prepare special orders as requested.
• Assist in planning daily meals or menus with kitchen manager.
• Ensure quality and presentation of products and adherence to sanitation standards.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO and monitor temperatures in display areas.
• Participate in waste control and cleanliness of kitchen and display areas.
