Responsibilities

• Maintain fresh, rotated, and well-stocked product displays and serve customers promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service at the service counter.
• Assist with daily meal planning in collaboration with the kitchen manager.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices.
• Use oldest product first to reduce waste and monitor shrink, with proper tares and scales.
• Complete onboarding and other duties as assigned by management.
• Restock and clean utensils, tables, and display areas.
• Monitor temperatures and report refrigeration issues promptly.
