Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Kitchen Lead to plan, order, and organize merchandise in the Kitchen department. You will train and direct associates, coach on merchandising techniques, and ensure accurate pricing, displays, and planograms.

You will supervise scheduling and performance, respond to customer questions, and uphold safety and sanitation policies to maximize sales and store profits.
