Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Kitchen Place Department leader at our Bartonville, TX location. You will plan, order, and organize merchandise while coaching a team to deliver strong customer service and sales performance.

You will oversee pricing, displays, planograms, and promotions, using the Magic System for ordering and inventory balance. The role demands leadership, safety compliance, and strong communication with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and organize merchandise for the Kitchen Place Department.
• Train, coach and direct all associates that work within the Kitchen Place Department.
• Perform production and customer service functions to maximize store sales and profits.
• Maintain inventory levels to maximize sales and profits.
• Price and display all merchandise and maintain proper signage and promotional materials.
• Maintain planograms, end caps, and cross merchandising within the Kitchen section.
• Use Magic System to manage ordering/replenishment and balance on hand information.
• Coach and train associates in merchandising, customer service, and promotions.
• Enforce safety and sanitation policies and implement company programs.
• Communicate with employees and customers to provide a positive impression.
• Supervise direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
