Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates cooks and kitchen staff to meet sanitation and service standards.
• Interviews, schedules, payroll, training, and performance reviews for hourly kitchen staff.
• Prepares high-quality foods according to recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Maintains proper food temperatures, portions, and presentation.
• Manages inventory, waste, and procurement by tracking food use and requisitioning supplies.
• Inspects received products to ensure quality and quantity.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation; keeps area clean during service.
• Assists in recipe and menu development.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
