Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates kitchen and food-service staff.
• Oversees food preparation, sanitation and serving standards.
• Supervises cooks and hourly kitchen workers including scheduling and training.
• Ensures proper portion control, presentation, temperatures and quality.
• Manages inventory, receives products and inspects supplies.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and workstations.
• Assists with recipe development and menu planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
