Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.
• Supervises cooks and associates; ensures sanitation and service standards.
• Prepares high-quality food items per recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Maintains proper presentation, food quality, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Tracks food use, waste and inventory to requisition or purchase product.
• Inspects incoming product and supplies to ensure quality and quantity.
• Assists in recipe and menu development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
