Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and food-service associates.
• Supervises kitchen staff, including scheduling, payroll, training and reviews.
• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensures sanitation, proper food handling and serving temperatures.
• Maintains inventory and assists in menu development.
