Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a Senior Cook for a full-time position at Union College in Schenectady, NY. Location is Union Street campus, with hours Monday through Friday; interviews will provide more details. Previous food service, food safety, and sauce-making experience are required.

Aufgaben

May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
Operates and cleans equipment after each use.
Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy; maintains organized storage.
Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
Complies with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
Assists in maintaining daily production records and documentation.
Assists in cross training of employees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
