St. Francis Area Schools is seeking a Kids Connection Lead Instructor for East Bethel Elementary (K-5). The role requires managing classroom activities before/after school hours, with a split shift during the school year and a $500 annual cell phone stipend. Qualifikationen

• CDA or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development preferred.
• Childcare experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to sub for other instructors or shifts as needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise classroom, gym, and outdoor activities for children 3 years to 5th grade.
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum and assist with planning as needed.
• Aid site coordination and perform related duties as assigned.
