Job summary

Family Dollar is hiring a Customer Service Associate II to greet customers, assist with merchandise, and handle sales transactions at our Taylor, Michigan store. You will support store operations, help manage inventory, assist deliveries and replenishment, and keep the store clean and welcoming for shoppers.

You will back up the Store Manager, participate in opening/closing duties, and provide strong customer service while maintaining accuracy with cash handling and the POS system.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
