Job summary

Master Plumbing in Twin Falls, ID is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to lead projects, mentor apprentices and solve problems on demand. You will diagnose issues, perform emergency and scheduled plumbing, and ensure work is completed to the highest standards.

You must hold a current Journeyman license for Idaho (or nearby states), be able to lift 50 lbs, read scopes of work, and deliver outstanding customer service. A $3,000 net sign-on bonus applies after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active Idaho, Montana, Oregon or Washington Journeyman Plumbing License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously.
• Proven plumbing and mechanical skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor apprentices.
• Safety-first mindset.
• Clean background and drug test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety on every job and follow company policies.
• Perform both emergency and non-emergency plumbing and drain-cleaning services.
• Operate drain-cleaning, hydro jetting and sewer camera equipment.
• Diagnose problems and complete quality work with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Write, clear and detailed invoices, proposals and job reports.
• Lead by example and mentor apprentices to build skills and confidence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that turns first-time customers into loyal clients.
