Job summary

Master Plumbing in Meridian, Idaho is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to lead, mentor apprentices and solve complex problems on every job. You will diagnose issues, perform emergency and standard plumbing, operate drain-cleaning, hydro jetting and sewer camera equipment, and deliver clear invoices, proposals and job reports with customer-focused service.

Active Journeyman license in Idaho (or neighboring states), strong work ethic, and a safety‑first mindset are required to join a team

Qualifications

• Active Idaho, Montana, Oregon or Washington Journeyman Plumbing License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lead and mentor apprentices
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
• Clean background and driving record; pass drug test

Responsibilities

• Put safety first on every job and follow company policies and procedures
• Perform both emergency and non-emergency plumbing, and drain-cleaning services
• Operate drain-cleaning, hydro jetting and sewer camera equipment
• Diagnose problems and complete quality work with professionalism and attention to detail
• Write, clear and detailed invoices, proposals and job reports
• Lead by example and mentor apprentices, helping them build both technical skills and confidence
• Deliver customer service that turns first-time customers into cheerleader customers
